The ground rules for quotes, scheduling, pricing, and service.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. Any preliminary estimate shown on this website is an approximation only and is not a quote, contract, or guaranteed price. Starting price applies to qualifying small curbside pickups. Final pricing depends on the item, volume, weight, labor, access, travel, and disposal requirements.
Price changes on site
If the job differs materially from what was described, we will present a revised price before loading begins. You may decline at that point at no cost.
Scheduling
Submitting a quote request does not confirm an appointment. Service dates and arrival windows are confirmed directly by phone, text, or email, and may be affected by weather, disposal facility hours, and prior jobs.
Prohibited materials
We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials, including paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, biohazard or medical waste, ammunition, and explosives. Items discovered on site that fall into these categories will be left behind.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items being removed or have authority to have them removed, and that nothing of value is left in furniture, appliances, boxes, or containers. Please check drawers and pockets before we load.
Property and liability
We work carefully and carry liability coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear from normal removal of large items through tight spaces, or damage arising from structural conditions disclosed or discovered during the job.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless invoicing has been arranged in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.
